Imaan Care Foundation is a free, faith-based mentoring service for Muslim youth across Canada — built for those working through doubts about Islam, and the everyday struggles that test their imaan.
There is a gap many young Muslims fall into. Some are quietly losing certainty in their faith — facing sharp, rehearsed questions from missionaries, atheists, or friends of other faiths, with no one around equipped to answer them.
Others are caught in habits — addiction, disconnection from prayer, family conflict — that pull them from their deen, with nowhere private to talk about it.
Imaan Care exists to close that gap: free, confidential, one-to-one mentoring, gender-matched, delivered by mentors trained specifically for what you're facing.
"And We have certainly made the Quran easy for remembrance, so is there any who will remember?"— Quran 54:17
Our goal is simple: to make Islamic mentoring accessible to every Muslim youth who needs it, wherever they are — completely free.
Imams and community scholars are trained in the Islamic sciences — leading prayer, teaching fiqh, and guiding the practicing community. That's not a small thing, and we deeply respect it.
But answering the sharp, rehearsed challenges of comparative religion — the arguments used by missionaries, atheists, and skeptics — is a different discipline, built through years of direct, face-to-face street dawah. Most imams simply haven't spent their time in that specific arena, and that's not a criticism — it's just a different calling.
So Imaan Care runs two mentor tracks, and matches you with whichever one fits what you're going through:
Experienced street da'ees who spend their time engaging these exact challenges, every day.
Imams and community-trained mentors who guide addiction, prayer, and family struggles.
Everything you share with us stays with us. Confidentiality is not just a policy — it is a trust we take seriously as a religious obligation.
We approach every conversation without judgment. No matter where you are in your faith journey, you are welcome here.
We are committed to doing this well. Every mentor is trained, every process is careful, and every person deserves our full attention.
We know our limits. When someone needs professional clinical help, we say so honestly and help connect them to the right resources.
This service is free and will remain free. We do this because it is needed, not for recognition or financial gain.
We are here as your Muslim brothers and sisters — not as professionals above you, but as people who care and want to walk alongside you.
Imaan Care provides Islamic faith-based mentoring and emotional support. We are not a clinical mental health service, a psychotherapy practice, or a medical provider. Our mentors are trained volunteers — experienced da'ees, imams, and community mentors — not licensed therapists, counsellors, or mental health professionals. We do not diagnose or treat mental health conditions. If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, please call 9-8-8 (Suicide Crisis Helpline) or 911.
Free, one-to-one online sessions, gender-matched, with a mentor trained specifically for what you're facing.
For Muslim youth facing real challenges to their belief — from Christian missionaries, atheists, agnostics, or friends of other faiths — or simply feeling distant and unsure. Matched with an experienced street da'ee trained specifically in comparative religion.
For Muslim youth struggling with habits or life pressures pulling them from their deen. Matched with an imam or community-trained mentor for prayer, addiction, and family support.
Our sessions are Islamic faith-based mentoring — not psychotherapy, clinical counselling, or medical treatment. Our mentors are not licensed mental health professionals and will not diagnose or treat mental health conditions. If at any point your needs go beyond what we can offer, we will be honest with you and help connect you with appropriate professional resources. In a crisis, always call 9-8-8 or 911.
Every mentor is gender-matched and trained for exactly what you're facing — doubt and comparative religion, or faith, life, and recovery.

Imaan Care is free for every Muslim youth who uses it. Your donation keeps it that way and helps us reach more young people who need support.
Imaan Care was built on the belief that no Muslim youth should face doubt, addiction, or family struggles alone — and that faith-grounded support should never depend on ability to pay.
Your donation covers volunteer training, platform costs, and helps us reach more Muslim youth across Canada.
Every session we deliver is free to the young person who needs it. Your generosity makes that possible — barakAllah feek.
